    FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £140.

        • Your parcel will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. The delivery charge on orders under £140 is £3.95.
        • Orders are sent on a tracked service with Royal Mail or DPD. 

    E X C H A N G E S  &  R E T U R N S

    If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your items, please email Jayne at customercare@tomlane.co within 14 days of receiving your goods. Include your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return.

      • The products must arrive back with us within 14 days of the email confirmation of your return / exchange.
      • The products must be returned to us in original condition, unused, with all the tags attached. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
      • Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 working days.
      • Please note your original shipping charges are not refunded & the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend a tracked service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels.
