We are sending orders out using either Royal Mail tracked 24hr or DPD next day delivery. Please order by midday on Friday 20th Dec to ensure your parcel has time to reach you. We will continue sending orders out on Monday 23rd Dec and Tuesday 24th Dec.

E X C H A N G E S & R E T U R N S
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your items, please email Jayne at customercare@tomlane.co within 14 days of receiving your goods. Include your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return.

- The products must arrive back with us within 14 days of the email confirmation of your return / exchange.
- The products must be returned to us in original condition, unused, with all the tags attached. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 working days.
- Please note your original shipping charges are not refunded & the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. We recommend a tracked service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels.
